Each member has an account management team to serve as a thought partner, sounding board, and facilitator of network interactions. The year begins with an onboarding discussion to discuss objectives and map a tailored service plan to meet specific needs. Quarterly check-in discussions with the account director, a calendar of membership events, participation in issue groups, meetings, virtual roundtables, the digital platform and other elements of the network make the Latinum experience different from any other.
